Jerry Butterfield, owner of All Air Heating & Cooling Services LLC, has devoted the last twenty three years to his profession. He served our country in the  U.S. Navy honorably and learned a core belief of a "do not quit" attitude.

He graduated  HVAC & R studies at Lincoln Technical Institute and with high honors.

Completed the Virginia Apprentice program in one year.

Employed by M.E. Flow in Alexandria VA.  He worked his way from mechanic, to lead mechanic. While working as a mechanic he also taught for the Virginia Apprentice program as an instructor. He went on to be the Service Manager at M.E. Flow.
